Greenwood Heating provides heating and plumbing services including but not limited to:

• Boiler installation, servicing, and repairs
• Central heating system installation and maintenance
• Smart heating solutions
• General plumbing services
• Bathroom installations
• Underfloor heating systems
• Commercial heating solutions

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions and additional work required.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon before work commences. We accept various payment methods including cash, bank transfer, and finance options where available.

4. Warranties

We provide warranties on our workmanship and installed equipment as follows:

• Workmanship: 12 months guarantee
• Boiler installations: Up to 10 years manufacturer warranty
• Parts and components: As per manufacturer specifications

5. Liability

We are fully insured and Gas Safe registered. Our liability is limited to the value of the work performed, except where prohibited by law.

6. Cancellation Policy

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Emergency callouts may have different terms.

7. Health and Safety
